Laboratory Technologist (MLT or MT)
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technologist (MLT/MT) to perform accurate clinical laboratory testing and support physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing on patient specimens.
- Process, analyze, and report accurate test results.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Perform quality control and identify abnormal or critical results.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Science or related field.
- MLT/MT/MLS certification such as ASCP preferred/required.
- Active state license if required.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing, specimen processing, and quality control.
- Previous hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$49.03 - $53.91/hour
