Laboratory Technician / Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician / Technologist to perform accurate laboratory testing and support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, prepare, and process clinical specimens.

  • Perform laboratory tests and analyze results accurately.

  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.

  • Perform quality control checks and follow laboratory procedures.

  • Identify and report abnormal or critical results as required.

  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.

  • Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field, depending on role.

  • Active state license/certification as required by regulations.

  • ASCP/MLT/MLS or equivalent certification preferred/required based on role.

  • Strong knowledge of specimen processing, laboratory testing, and quality control.

  • Previous clinical or hospital laboratory experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$45.22 - $50.10/hour
