Laboratory Technician / Technologist
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician / Technologist to perform accurate laboratory testing and support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Responsibilities:
Collect, prepare, and process clinical specimens.
Perform laboratory tests and analyze results accurately.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Perform quality control checks and follow laboratory procedures.
Identify and report abnormal or critical results as required.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field, depending on role.
Active state license/certification as required by regulations.
ASCP/MLT/MLS or equivalent certification preferred/required based on role.
Strong knowledge of specimen processing, laboratory testing, and quality control.
Previous clinical or hospital laboratory experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$45.22 - $50.10/hour
