Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Unit / Med-Surg
We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and clinical status.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities.
- Monitor patient progress and promptly report changes in condition.
- Assist with procedures and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS preferred based on role requirements.
- Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing and patient assessment.
- Previous Med-Surg, Medical Unit, or acute care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
