Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Technologist)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interventional Radiology Technologist to support image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The IR Technologist will prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, assist physicians during procedures, and ensure a safe and efficient environment that supports high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:

Prepare patients and procedure rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.

Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures such as angiography, biopsies, and vascular interventions.

Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment to capture accurate, high-quality images.

Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond to needs promptly.

Follow sterile technique and safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure optimal outcomes.

Document procedures, imaging data, and patient information accurately.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to maintain workflow efficiency and patient safety.
Qualifications:

Active certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with IR or CV credential preferred.

State licensure as applicable.

Experience in interventional radiology or a related imaging specialty preferred.

Strong knowledge of imaging equipment, sterile technique, and procedural support.

BLS certification required.

Excellent communication, technical, and patient-care skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Pay Rate
$83.33 - $88.21/hour
