Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation / Acute

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services to acute and inpatient rehabilitation patients, helping improve functional abilities and independence.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic activities to improve mobility and daily living skills.
Assist patients with functional training and adaptive techniques.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.
Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
Follow patient safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Active OT license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
NBCOT certification required.
Strong knowledge of acute care and rehabilitation therapy.
Previous inpatient rehabilitation or acute care experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$51.32 - $56.20/hour
