Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. The RN will assess patients, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, collaborate with the healthcare team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and changes in clinical status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
- Perform nursing procedures in accordance with established standards.
- Communicate patient status and significant changes to physicians and healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and health management.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, dignity, and comfort.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, HIPAA, and facility policies.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patient-care responsibilities.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
