Infection Control Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an experienced Infection Control Registered Nurse (RN) to lead infection prevention and control activities and promote a safe healthcare environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and investigate healthcare-associated infections and infection trends.
- Develop, implement, and maintain infection prevention policies and procedures.
- Conduct infection surveillance, data collection, and reporting.
- Provide staff education on infection prevention, isolation precautions, hand hygiene, and PPE.
- Coordinate outbreak investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams on infection prevention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate infection control records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- CIC (Certification in Infection Control) preferred/required.
- Previous infection prevention/control or clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention practices, surveillance, and regulatory standards.
Pay Rate
$71.90 - $76.78/hour
