Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehabilitation
We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care and support patients throughout their rehabilitation and recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and rehabilitation progress.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
- Assist patients with mobility, daily care, and rehabilitation activities.
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation nursing and patient care.
- Previous inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
