ICU Registered Nurse
We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced clinical interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor critically ill patients and provide individualized nursing care.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, respiratory status, and other critical parameters.
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as ordered.
Manage and monitor ventilators, central lines, drains, and other critical-care equipment.
Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in the applicable state.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Previous ICU, critical-care, or acute-care nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
