ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring, advanced interventions, and close clinical management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and continuously monitor critically ill patients, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, neurological status, and hemodynamic changes.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
- Manage and monitor ventilators, infusion pumps, invasive lines, and other critical care equipment.
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond promptly to emergencies and life-threatening situations.
- Assist with procedures and provide advanced critical care interventions as required.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, intensivists, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families regarding treatment and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records, care plans, and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and critical care protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS preferred based on patient population.
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency response.
- Previous ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
