ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – NOC Shift
We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to critically ill patients during overnight shifts, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and continuously monitor critically ill patients.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, neurological status, and changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
- Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, and other critical care equipment.
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate critical care interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment and care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS preferred based on patient population.
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency response.
- Previous ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
- Ability to work night/overnight (NOC) shifts.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
