House Supervisor (RN)
We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor (RN) to oversee hospital-wide nursing operations, support clinical staff, and ensure safe, efficient patient care across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing operations and clinical activities across assigned units.
- Coordinate staffing, patient assignments, and resources based on patient-care needs.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff during each shift.
- Respond to emergencies, patient-care issues, and operational concerns.
- Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, nursing, and hospital policies.
- Assist with staff performance, communication, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Previous charge nurse, supervisor, or nursing leadership experience required.
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Pay Rate
$75.71 - $80.59/hour
