House Supervisor (Registered Nurse)
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated House Supervisor to oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts. The House Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, coordinate staffing and patient flow, ensure quality patient care, and serve as a resource for nursing staff and other departments.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily hospital operations and provide clinical leadership during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and ensure appropriate unit coverage.
• Monitor patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and provide support to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and administrative reports as required.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong leadership, communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Previous nursing leadership, charge nurse, or house supervisor experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$75.71 - $80.59/hour
