RN – Flex Pool
Provide safe and comprehensive nursing care across multiple hospital units based on staffing and patient care needs. The Flex Pool RN will adapt quickly to different clinical environments, assess patients, administer treatments, and support high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care across assigned units according to patient and staffing needs.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient responses to treatment.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
- Follow unit-specific procedures, policies, and clinical standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families regarding care, treatment, and discharge needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Adapt quickly to different workflows, patient populations, and care settings.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous acute care or hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple clinical departments.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
