OR Scrub Technician

We are seeking a skilled OR Scrub Technician to assist the surgical team by preparing instruments, maintaining a sterile field, and supporting safe and efficient surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment before procedures.
Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and assist with surgical procedures as needed.
Perform accurate surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies.
Clean, organize, and restock the operating room after procedures.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and sterile technique standards.

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred.
Current CST certification preferred/required as applicable.
Current BLS certification.
Previous Operating Room or surgical experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile technique, communication, and teamwork.

Pay Rate
$49.03 - $53.91/hour
