HBMC LTC Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents and develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes.
- Provide wound care and assist with chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient safety and infection-control standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
