Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic

Position Overview

We are seeking two (2) experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a clinic setting. Candidates must have prior outpatient clinic experience and be comfortable working across multiple clinic departments as needed.

Clinic Departments

Family Practice (FP)
Behavioral Health (BH)
Obstetrics (OB)
Urgent Care (UC)

Preferred Experience

Experience in the following settings is highly preferred:

Family Practice
Behavioral Health
Internal Medicine
Similar outpatient clinic environments

Schedule

Monday – Friday
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
May occasionally work until 6:00 PM as needed
Candidates must be willing to provide coverage at other clinic locations when required

Assignment Details

Assignment Requirement: 80 hours every two weeks (no exceptions)
Position Urgency: Quick Start
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Minimum Guaranteed Hours: No Guarantee
Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

Requirements

Active state LPN license required
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Specialty: Nursing
Sub-Specialty: LVN/LPN
EMR Experience: Cerner preferred

Certifications Required

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support / Basic Cardiac Life Support)

Additional Information

Bilingual skills not required
Must be flexible and adaptable to clinic staffing needs

Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
