GI Services Nurse Manager
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee GI/Endoscopy nursing services and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The Nurse Manager will lead staff, coordinate daily operations, and maintain clinical and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support GI/Endoscopy nursing staff and daily operations.
- Coordinate staffing, patient flow, procedures, and schedules.
- Ensure safe patient care before, during, and after GI procedures.
- Monitor staff performance, competency, and compliance with policies.
- Maintain infection control, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Manage supplies, equipment, documentation, and departmental resources.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BSN preferred; graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Previous GI/Endoscopy or procedural nursing experience preferred.
- Prior Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, or clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Pay Rate
$114,000.00 - $175,000.00/hour
