Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a skilled Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care across multiple units based on patient needs and staffing requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care across assigned units.
Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
Adapt to different patient populations and clinical settings.
Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Active RN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
ACLS/PALS preferred based on assigned units.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and adaptability skills.
Previous acute care or float pool experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
