Float Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg / Emergency Department
We are seeking a skilled Float Med-Surg/ED Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care across medical-surgical and emergency department settings while adapting to varying patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients based on clinical needs.
- Provide nursing care to Med-Surg and ED patients.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS/TNCC preferred based on role requirements.
- Previous Med-Surg and ED/ER experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt to different units and clinical environments.
Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
