ER Clinical Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an experienced ER Clinical Nurse (RN) to provide timely, high-quality care to patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and emergency medical conditions while supporting safe and efficient emergency department operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and triage patients based on acuity and clinical needs.
- Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with trauma care, emergency procedures, and patient stabilization.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the emergency healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and emergency care protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS and TNCC preferred/required based on role requirements.
- Previous ER/Emergency Department experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
