Class/Area: Trauma Registrar
Start Date: 11/9 or 1 week after *Temp to perm opportunity if local*
Ori Schedule: Will attend TUKHS 2-day orientation the first week of starting Monday & Tuesday
Non-Billable Ori: 8 Hours
Contract Length:13 weeks
Scheduled details: 9hr Days; Monday - Friday 8a-5p (will be fully remote after orientation)
Weekend Requirement: None
Holiday Requirement: Holiday Requirements: Holidays not required: In the event of a holiday falls on scheduled workday, subsequent pay period will be reduced by holiday pay hours.

On-Call Requirement: None
Experience Requirement: At least 1-year exp in Trauma, must have 5 years of IDC-10 coding experience, AIS-15 coding certificate require, Must have experience with NTB, Must be current with American College of Surgeons criteria for Trauma registrars

Client Specific Notes: Department is big on collaboration, accountability, and have a shared commitment to excellence in patient care and our program’s performance. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and AIS15 coding, even if they do not have the full five years of trauma registry experience. Given the specialized nature of trauma registry coding, AIS15 knowledge and experience is required. | Nicotine free facility | Current EMR is EPIC | Client is allowed the cancelation of two shifts per month at no cost to the client and no pay to the employee. Will provide a minimum 2 hours’ notice.
Creds Due: Monday one week prior to Monday start; CBC, DS, and lab work must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance.
Payroll: Biweekly

$32.52 - $37.40/hour
