ED/RN
Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute and urgent medical conditions. The RN will assess patients, prioritize care, administer treatments, monitor responses, and collaborate with the emergency care team.
Responsibilities
- Perform rapid and comprehensive patient assessments and triage.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments.
- Assist with procedures, trauma care, and resuscitation when needed.
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and emergency department protocols.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Emergency Department nursing experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Pay Rate
$61.23 - $66.11/hour
