Echo Sonographer – Cardiology
We are seeking a skilled Echo Sonographer – Cardiology to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations and provide accurate imaging to support the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound examinations as ordered.
Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures.
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment and obtain high-quality cardiac images.
Measure and document cardiac structures, function, and hemodynamic findings.
Recognize and report significant or abnormal findings to the appropriate healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology program.
Current ARDMS (RDCS) or equivalent cardiac sonography certification.
Applicable state license or registration as required.
Current BLS certification.
Previous echocardiography or cardiology experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
