Director of Nursing (DON)
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, and ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff and department leaders.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
- Monitor patient care standards, safety, and clinical outcomes.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and nursing resources effectively.
- Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional nursing standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; MSN preferred.
- Current and active RN license as required by the state.
- Previous nursing leadership or management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay Rate
$90.96 - $95.83/hour
