Director of nursing (DON)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable RN with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The RN - DON will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors and nurses.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading all nursing personnel operations.
- Developing short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department.
- Establishing new policies and updating existing policies to improve the standard of care for patients.
- Planning and overseeing admission, nursing, and patient care processes.
- Maintaining department budgets and recording all expenses.
- Responding to any nursing-related issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with medical staff and other departments to ensure hospital efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (active and unrestricted).
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier service and exceptional communication skills.
Pay Rate
$67.13 - $72.00/hour
