Director of Nursing (DON)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing to oversee and manage all nursing operations within the organization. The DON will provide leadership, support clinical excellence, and ensure high-quality patient care by supervising nursing staff, implementing care standards, and collaborating with administrative and clinical teams.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.

Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth and high-quality care.

Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and care programs.

Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Monitor staffing needs, schedule nursing personnel, and assist with recruitment and training.

Review patient care reports, quality metrics, and workflow processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment.
Qualifications:

Current RN license (active and unrestricted).

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.

Several years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of clinical operations, nursing standards, and care management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a high-performing nursing team.
Pay Rate
$67.13 - $72.00/hour
