Director of Nursing (DON) / RN Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) / RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, and ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily clinical operations.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor patient care, staffing, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
Support staff development, training, performance management, and competency assessments.
Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Current RN license in the applicable state.
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience required.
Strong knowledge of clinical practices, quality improvement, and regulatory standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
