Dietitian (Dietary Services)
We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Dietitian to assess patients' nutritional needs, develop individualized meal plans, and provide nutrition counseling to promote health and recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' nutritional status and dietary needs.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and families.
- Monitor patient progress and modify dietary plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with nutrition and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential and state license, as required.
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, and patient education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous clinical, hospital, or long-term care dietitian experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$56.22 - $61.10/hour
