General Skills & Work Setting Requirements
Dietician responsible for inpatient therapies and interventions including:
- Calorie counts
- Tube feedings
- Food-drug interactions
- TPN
- Treatment plans
- Nutrition assessments
Ratio / Census
- Ratio: 1:100
- Average of 25 visits per day
- Average daily census: 280

- Epic (Required)
- Pyxis
- SBAR
Scrub Color
- Purple
RTO
- Maximum 7 days
Weekends
- Every 5th weekend
Floating
- Yes, within the facility
Call Requirements
- Yes, on weekends and after hours as assigned
Holiday Requirements
If one major holiday falls during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.
If two major holidays fall during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both.
If three major holidays fall during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two.

Compliance
Full compliance is required to start on time. If compliance is not completed in time, the start date will be pushed back by 2 weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.
Clinical Screen
Candidates will be reviewed by the clinical team to determine clinical fit. If clinically approved and within Piedmont guidelines, the candidate will then be submitted to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens are conducted on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Notes
- Locals accepted at the same rate
- Number of non-billable orientation hours is determined by contract length
(Example: 8 hours for an 8-week assignment; 10 hours for a 10-week assignment)
Pay Rate
$47.07 - $51.95/hour
