Job Title: CT Technologist
Position Summary
We are seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT scans and provide accurate, high-quality diagnostic images. The technologist will prepare patients, operate CT equipment, and ensure safe and efficient imaging procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans based on physician orders.
- Prepare and position patients for examinations.
- Operate CT equipment and obtain quality images.
- Administer contrast media as required.
- Monitor patients during procedures.
- Follow radiation safety and infection control procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient and exam records.
- Check and maintain CT equipment.
- Communicate with radiologists and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or CT program.
- ARRT certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.
- Previous CT experience preferred.
- Knowledge of CT procedures, radiation safety, and patient care.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Pay Rate
$78.00 - $82.88/hour
