Clinical Nurse Educator
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to provide clinical education, training, and professional development for nursing staff while promoting safe, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver nursing education and training programs.
- Orient and train new nursing staff.
- Assess staff competency and provide ongoing education.
- Educate staff on clinical procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Identify educational needs and develop improvement plans.
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate training and competency records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- BSN or higher preferred.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Previous clinical nursing and staff education experience preferred.
- Strong teaching, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
