Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform complex laboratory testing and provide accurate results to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other body fluid specimens.
- Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Analyze, verify, and report accurate test results.
- Perform quality control procedures and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Active Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license, as required by state regulations.
- ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures, quality assurance, and laboratory instrumentation.
- Previous hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
