Clinic RN – Radiation Oncology
We are seeking a skilled Clinic RN – Radiation Oncology to provide compassionate nursing care to oncology patients receiving radiation therapy and support their treatment and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after radiation treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, symptom management, and follow-up care.
- Monitor and manage treatment-related symptoms and communicate changes in patient condition.
- Coordinate care with radiation oncologists and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safe, quality-focused nursing care.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous oncology, radiation oncology, or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, patient education, and teamwork skills.
Pay Rate
$77.24 - $82.11/hour
