Certified Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support the surgical team by preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting with safe and efficient surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room, instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures.

• Maintain a sterile field and follow infection prevention and safety standards.

• Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and assist the surgical team during procedures.

• Perform accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies.

• Assist with specimen handling and proper labeling according to established procedures.

• Clean, organize, and restock the operating room after procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

• Current CST certification as applicable.

• Current BLS certification.

• Previous Operating Room or surgical experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile technique, communication, and teamwork skills.

Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
