Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support surgical teams before, during, and after procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and operating room protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection prevention standards.
Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during procedures.
Perform accurate surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies.
Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team throughout procedures.
Clean, organize, and ensure proper availability of surgical equipment.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
Current BLS certification.
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterile techniques.
Previous operating room/surgical experience preferred.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.

Pay Rate
$61.23 - $66.11/hour
