Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Center Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a healthcare center. The Center Administrator will manage administrative functions, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, oversee budgets, and collaborate with clinical leadership to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the healthcare center
- Supervise administrative and support staff while promoting a positive work environment
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Monitor budgets, expenses, productivity, and operational performance
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and other department managers to improve patient care and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, staff training, and performance management
- Address patient concerns and promote excellent patient satisfaction and service quality
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection prevention, workplace safety, and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in strategic planning, process improvement, and accreditation activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare administration, practice management, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff management
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field preferred
- Experience in ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient clinics, specialty practices, or hospital-based departments
- Previous leadership or multi-site management experience
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and healthcare quality improvement programs
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and operational performance metrics
Pay Rate
$67.13 - $72.00/hour
