Cardiovascular Technologist
We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to perform diagnostic cardiovascular procedures and assist healthcare providers in evaluating and treating cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cardiovascular diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Prepare and position patients for cardiac examinations.
- Operate and maintain cardiovascular equipment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms during procedures.
- Assist physicians with cardiac and vascular procedures.
- Obtain and document accurate test results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and equipment protocols.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program.
- Active state license/certification as required by regulations.
- CCI or ARDMS certification preferred based on specialty.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic procedures.
- Previous cardiovascular, cardiac catheterization, or diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
