RN House Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversee hospital operations, patient flow, staffing, and nursing services across departments during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing operations and provide clinical support to staff across hospital units.
Coordinate staffing assignments and address staffing needs based on patient acuity.
Monitor patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges to support efficient operations.
Respond to clinical emergencies and assist staff with complex patient-care situations.
Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to resolve operational and patient-care concerns.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate significant events, staffing issues, and operational concerns to hospital leadership.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license as required by the state.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Previous charge nurse, house supervisor, leadership, or acute-care nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
