Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients with mobility limitations, injuries, or physical impairments. The PT will evaluate functional needs, create individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and support patients in restoring movement, strength, and independence.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, functional abilities, and therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving function and reducing pain.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and use of modalities as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and recovery expectations.
• Track and document patient progress, updating plans of care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and patient-education abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a therapy team.
Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
