Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) / Flexible Pool
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) / Flexible Pool to provide high-quality emergency nursing care across assigned units while ensuring patient safety and positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, triage, and provide nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and emergency treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
- Assist with emergency procedures, trauma care, and patient stabilization.
- Float to assigned units based on patient care needs and staffing requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and emergency care protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS and TNCC certifications preferred or required based on facility requirements.
- Strong knowledge of emergency nursing, trauma care, patient assessment, and critical care principles.
- Previous Emergency Room or acute care nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
