ARNP / Physician Assistant (PA) – Women’s Health & Aesthetics

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong focus on women’s health and aesthetic medicine. This role involves evaluating and managing women’s health concerns, hormone therapy, and aesthetic treatments in a patient-centered, wellness-focused clinical environment. The provider will deliver high-quality care while ensuring safety, compliance, and individualized treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage women’s health and hormone-related conditions, including perimenopause and menopause
• Prescribe, monitor, and manage hormone therapy when clinically appropriate
• Perform and/or medically oversee aesthetic treatments, including FDA-cleared Level II laser procedures
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, outcomes, and wellness strategies
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Florida ARNP or Physician Assistant (PA) license with prescriptive authority
• Master’s degree in Nursing (ARNP) or Physician Assistant studies
• Strong interest or experience in women’s health and/or aesthetic medicine
• Experience with hormone management preferred
• Laser experience preferred (training available)
• Professional, compassionate bedside manner
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a specialty clinical environment
