Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide safe and compassionate nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and assist with daily nursing needs.
Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with patient assessments and clinical procedures.
Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Communicate patient changes to the RN or healthcare provider.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
Active LPN/LVN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and medication administration.
Previous clinical, outpatient, long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
