Pharmacist
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to ensure the safe, accurate, and effective use of medications while supporting quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medication orders and prescriptions.
- Dispense medications accurately according to established protocols.
- Monitor patients for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.
- Provide medication information and recommendations to healthcare providers and patients.
- Ensure proper medication storage, handling, and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree.
- Active Pharmacist license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification preferred/required based on role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication safety, and pharmacy practices.
- Previous hospital, retail, or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$159,000.00 - $160,000.00/year
